Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, Cargo Trade Inc will cover the return shipping costs.For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Exchanges
